Yan Schroën
Oprichter, docent en spreker
Yan studeerde biochemie, natuurgeneeskunde, traditionele Chinese geneeskunde en taoïstische filosofie in Nederland en in de Volksrepubliek China. Ruim 25 jaar is hij in de praktijk werkzaam als acupuncturist en Chinees herbalist. Als senior onderzoeker is Yan verbonden aan het Sino-Dutch Centre for Preventive and Personalized Medicine en medeoprichter van Fram, een platform voor systeemtheoretisch gedachtegoed.
Achtergrond
Bij Oxrider Clinic (oxriderclinic.nl) is Yan werkzaam op het gebied van acupunctuur en Chinese kruidengeneeskunde. Daarnaast is hij verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke ontwikkeling en wetenschappelijke onderbouwing van de aangeboden behandelingen.
En via Oxrider Academy geeft hij lezingen, cursussen en workshops op het gebied van Chinese geneeskunde, taoïstische filosofie, systeemtheorieën en systeembiologie. Als gastdocent verzorgt hij lezingen en colleges aan verschillende binnen- en buitenlandse opleidingen en is hij spreker op congressen over de hele wereld.
